If you are sight impaired or severely sight impaired, Registration with us is Free. Our Centre is located in Bassett Avenue, and is open between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.
Resource CentreWe have an excellent and well stocked equipment Resource Centre, with Drop-In sessions every Wednesday morning between 10am and 12 noon.
NewsletterWe offer a free quarterly Newsletter in a variety of formats including large print and memory stick. The Newsletter is packed with information, advice, and fun. If you wish to receive a copy please contact the Centre and let us know which format you prefer.
Talking LibraryWe offer a free talking library service via the post.
ActivitiesWhy not try one of our Social Groups. We offer a wide range of activities including: - Tai Chi

All activities cost just £3 per session, and transport is available for £7 return within the City boundaries.
Family Activity Group and Toy LibraryWe have a well stocked Children's Toy and Audio Library open every second Saturdy of the month between 10am and 12 noon at the Centre, for children and young people to borrow toys, games, and audio books. Why don't you drop in and join our Family Activity Group which takes place at the same time. In addition the Library will be open every Wednesday afternoon between 2pm and 4pm throughout the school holidays.
How You can help UsAs a charity we are dependent on support from individuals, groups, and organisations. Volunteers are very important to us, enabling us to help people and continue to provide the many services and activities we offer. Southampton Sight does not receive government funding. Financial donations are essential for us to continue to offer services.
